$6.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
All orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of being
received. You will have the option of choosing UPS Ground, 2 day, or Next Day
Service during the checkout process. Please see the table below for estimate

International Shipping & Delivery Information (Outside the U.S.)
Orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will be shipped via UPS International
Expedient Service. If the shipping cost is not calculated during the checkout
process an email will be sent to you confirming the actual shipping costs for
your order. You will then need to reply to that email to approve the final charges
before your credit card is charged and the order is shipped. Because we feel
it is important for all our customers to know your final cost before charging
your credit card and shipping the order, failure to reply to this confirmation
email will result in the cancellation of your order.
Z Basics reserves the right to wait up to 32 days after a credit card has been
charged before shipping the order if we determine the shipping address and country
to be at “high-risk” of credit card fraud. Z Basics further reserves
the right to use our own basis for determining the qualifications for a “high-risk”
shipping address. See our legal information for more information regarding the
responsibilities of Z Basics Inc. once an order is received.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Z Basics Inc. guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase
of orders from 1 to 100 pieces or you may return your order for any reason within
30 days of shipping for a full refund of the order less shipping charges. Returns of stair rods that are cut to a custom length will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Product Quality Guarantee for Large Quantity Orders
Due to the nature of our manufacturing and distribution process, orders over
100 pieces carry a product quality guarantee and are not covered by the complete
satisfaction guarantee stated above. This Product Quality Guarantee for Large
Quantity Orders warrants that all items are free from manufacturing defect or
will be replaced with a like item. If you would like to place an order for over
100 pieces of any single item and are note sure it if right for you, it is recommended
that you order a smaller test quantity first before ordering the entire quantity.
Return Procedure
We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible. Please help us by contacting
us at returns@zbasics.com prior to sending back any return and provide the following
information in the body of the email.
1. The order number from the packing list included with the original shipment
2. Your name, address, telephone #, email address
3. The product item ID, description, and quantity being returned (found on packing
list)
4. The reason for the return
We will then reply with shipping instructions and a return authorization form
that must be included with the return for the proper credit to be applied to
your credit card.
Exchanges
In order to exchange items you will need to make two separate transactions,
a return and a new order, which may happen at the same time. Please see our
return procedure above. It is important to note that depending on the closing
date of your credit card account it is possible that the charges from both the
original purchase and second purchase may be on the same credit card statement
and the credit for the return of the original purchase may be on the next month’s
statement.
Changing Shipping Information After You Place an Order
We're sorry, shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order.
We process orders very quickly, in a few hours in many cases, and once an order
begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any
inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing
times work to your advantage.
