 Satin Nickel Urn Cord Cleat
When a cord cleat is necessary for safety concerns and unsightly cords, why install a cleat meant to secure a boat to a dock? The Z Basics Cord Cleat collection was properly inspired by window hardware design and finally offers an alternative to the cord cleats currently available. The Z Basics Urn Cord Cleat combines the elegance of hand turned urn finials with solid brass construction to transform an eyesore to a purposeful, decorative accent. Each unit measures 5-1/4” long from finial tip to finial tip with a 3/8” diameter solid core brass shaft between them. The base measures ¾” by 1-1/4” and is installed with two 1” long Phillips flat head screws supplied in a matching finish. There is a space of ¾” between the installed surface and the bottom of the shaft and an overall projection of 1-1/4” from the installed surface to the front of the finial. For extra long cords consider using two cleats mounted vertically and form a figure eight with the cord.
